We are situated in the Tacana Multi ethnic community part of the Indigenous reserve at KM11 on the road out of Leticia. From Leticia you can take the combi bus (signed KM11 or km22 in the front window) from in front of the Hotel Anaconda in the centre of Leticia and get off at KM11 just past the school (Entrada de Tacana). The combi Costs 2400 pesos they go about every half hour until 6 pm. Ring us before you set of and we will arrange a pick up on a motor taxi (Pickup free if you have a reservation, 3000 pesos otherwise) from KM11 or you can walk if you prefer (3km) along the track signposted Escuela Alfonso Zambrano. Alternatively you can get a motor taxi (8-10000 pesos) motor car(15000) or Taxi (25-30000 pesos) from anywhere in Leticia, ask for Comunidad Multietnico de Tacana. If you are arriving on Rapido, River boat or plane we will be pleased to arrange a taxi, motor car (tuk tuk)or motor taxi pickup for you(subject to costs outlined above).If you have any problems obtaining transport please call us , we will be pleased to help and have contract rates with motocar and taxi operators.
